Program Objective
To holistically develop footballers through expert training, tactical development, and competitive match play—building the skills, mindset, and exposure required to succeed at club, state, or national level
Who Can Participate?
Male Players aged 12 – 19
• Residential players (with full accommodation and meals)
• Non-residential players (commute daily for football training only)
• Suitable for players focused only on football development (no academic studies)
Program Format – Seasonal Phases
Phase 1: Pre-Season – Foundation & Fitness
• Core skill drills: control, passing, shooting, positioning
• Physical and endurance testing
• Tactical fundamentals and early match integration
Phase 2: In-Season – Tactical & Competitive Play
• Advanced team tactics, positional roles, and match IQ
• Regular Match Tests and inter-squad competitions
• Friendly matches against local academies and clubs
• Player performance tracking and video analysis
Phase 3: Post-Season – Evaluation & Exposure
• Full assessments and feedback reports
• Participation in Scouting Matches & Showcases

• Nationwide League One (NLO)
